When people leave a review on your business, you can see it through a regular Google search of your business.
Click on the three vertical dots next to the review you want to edit or delete. If reviews aren’t showing up, you may want to consider if they’re being left in the first place. This could include outdated information such as a previous address, a wrong name, or missing information. Click on Contribute at the bottom left of your screen. One of the most common reasons for missing Google reviews is the presence of inaccurate information on your profile. 
If you’re on mobile, follow these steps to edit or delete your Google reviews:
Click the three vertical dots next to the review you want to edit or delete. You can click on See all reviews to see any past reviews you have posted.Īfter you post a Google Review, you will be able to edit or delete it at any time you want. Click on Contribute on the bottom right of your screen. The mobile app’s interface is slightly different from the web app version. You can use the Google Maps app to see your reviews on a mobile device. Click on the three horizontal bars at the top left corner of the screen. Go to Google Maps and sign in to your account. You can then use the Google Maps website to access your reviews. You can log in to your Google account in your browser through your PC. Other people, including the owner of the place, can see the review that you post for them. 
When you add a review for a place on Google, it stores it in your account.
